REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
MWM Media Productions’ services are not eligible for refunds. The Client is agreeing to this policy upon purchase.
PAYMENT METHODS
Payment(s) made to MWM Media Productions will be made via the website through the checkout process or invoices. No other method is or will be accepted by MWM Media Productions.
FORMS OF COMMUNICATION
For legal purposes, during the design process MWM Media Productions will only communicate via email. By doing so both parties are able to keep a paper trail of all conversations had.
TURNAROUND TIMES
Turnaround times vary depending on the service type. On average the turnaround time for a single service is up to 10 business days (up to 30 business days for larger projects). Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Turnaround times begin once the Client Design Form has been submitted and payment has been received.

EDITS & UPCHARGES
All designs receive 3 free ***edits/revisions. The Client will have the option to pay a fee of $25 per ***edit/revision with a limit of 3 ***edits/revisions. If the Client would like to make any additional changes within 3-5 days after the final designs are sent there will be a fee of $35 per ***edit/revision with a maximum 1 ***edit/revision.
***Revisions are minor edits/changes to the Client’s design such as a slight font change, color change, size, etc.
A revision does NOT constitute a brand-new design. If after a design has been completed and the Client would like to "go in a different direction" a fee, the equivalent of the cost of the new design ordered will be added and applied; in addition to the cost of the original design requested/ordered.
To help avoid delays and the number of revisions needed, please be as detailed as possible when completing the design form.
DRAFTS
Draft images of ANY kind are for the purpose of approval only. The Client is prohibited to copy, manipulate, or distribute the draft designs to anyone for any reason. All drafts are the property of MWM Media Productions.

RIGHTS TO USE DESIGNS
Upon completion of the service(s) rendered, the Client, grants permission to, MWM Media Productions to use for portfolio and/or marketing purposes unless agreed upon otherwise.
DISAPPEARANCE (GHOST) FEE & RESTART FEES
It is important that projects stay within the given timeframe. MWM Media Productions grants 24 hours to respond to emails during revision sessions, failure to respond within 24 hours will extend the turnaround time an additional 3 business days at no additional cost to the Client.
After 3 days of no communication, the order will be considered cancelled and forfeited with no refund issued. If the Client would like to restart/continue the services, the Client will have to pay for the full service along with a $25 restart fee.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Clients are responsible for providing the correct wording, professional/high quality photos or stock photos at the beginning of your service.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY CONT’D
Clients are responsible for proofreading all information submitted before the order is finalized. An up charge of $25 will be applied if MWM Media Productions has to go in and change any information that was not proofread.
Clients are responsible for grammatically correct information. If provided with grammatically incorrect information, you will be asked to correct it.
Information for your design should be typed out in an organized email or document, screenshots and handwritten notes will NOT be accepted.
EDITING SERVICES
“Editing is a process that involves revising the content, organization, grammar, and presentation of a piece of writing. The purpose of editing is to ensure that your ideas are presented as clearly as possible.”
PROOFREADING SERVICES
“Proofreading means carefully checking for errors in a text before it is published or shared. It is the very last stage of the writing process, when you fix minor spelling and punctuation mistakes, typos, formatting issues and inconsistencies.

TRANSLATION SERVICES
“Translation services are employed when something that is in one language needs to be understood in another language.”
AUDIOBOOK NARRATION
- MWM Media Productions offers non-exclusive contract services
- MWM Media Productions enters into contracts deemed appropriate and in alignment with its values; the project must be reviewed prior to entering into a contract
- A 50% deposit is required and a contract signed prior to MWM Media Productions’ representative recording any part of intended project
- The remaining 50% is due within 7-14 business days upon completion of MWM Media Productions’ representative’s services; including pick-up sessions/corrections/edits
- The packaging of the audio and the spoken titles in the recording will include a credit to MWM Media Productions’ representative as narrator/reader of the audio
- MWM Media Productions is not responsible for dues owed to recording studio for sessions. Contracts, agreements and payments must be communicated/made directly with the recording studio

- MWM Media Productions reserves the right to select a recording studio for the purpose of recording the audio at no expense or charge to MWM Media Productions
- MWM Media Productions reserves the right to rescind/revoke a contract in the event its representative at any time deems a situation not conducive/representative of a professional environment; including but NOT limited to exposure to disrespect, condescending/belittling encounters, threats, inappropriate dialogue etc.
- In the event of a rescinding/revocation the 50% deposit is non-refundable and MWM Media Productions is NOT responsible for any related studio charges
- Additional terms and conditions will be furnished upon a service agreement being entered into
